[RAS] update on RAS

  The problem with the update on RAS is in fact well-known, it is that
  after a certain version of mySQL the background queries don't work
  anymore.

  I had fixed this in the current installation of ACIS on sahure
  etc. The trick is to remember what files need updating. Here they
  are

aras at nebka:~$ ls -l acis/lib/ACIS/Web/Contributions.pm
-rw-r--r-- 1 aras aras 36682 2009-05-16 23:51 acis/lib/ACIS/Web/Contributions.pm

  I believe it is working now.
