[RAS] server status

  There are three probelms.

  1. Inconsistency of xslt: fixed by moving /usr/local/lib/libxsl* 
  out of the way.

  2. pperl does not start: permission denied on lock file.
  Fixed by installing o/s wide version of pperl

  It's a warning. I am leaving it for the moment.

  I am very proud of having been able to get this to run
  that quickly.
