[RAS] dns record

  I have added a new MX record for authors.repec.org,
  and an SPF record. I hope this will strengthen the spam
  creditibilty of messages sent by aras at authors.repec.org.
  They are sent from nebka. In the bind file of repec.org,
  now we have

; MX records, they only can take names as values                                
authors         IN      MX      0   nebka.openlib.org.

; SPF records                                                                   
authors         IN      TXT         "v=spf1 mx -all"
