Just saw that, well hidden among a gazillion unimportant IT announcements:

Major Network Upgrade To Cause Interruptions To Network Service
March 10, 2009
On Tuesday March 10 between 4:30-7:30am (changed from 5:30 a.m.) a major 
network upgrade will interrupt network services a number of times. 
Beginning at 5:30am there will be an outage lasting up to 30 minutes. 
Thereafter Internet service could be sporadic until 7:30am. (CO1423)
