Notice how the same paper that was accepted in the first (magic) session
was accepted again in the second (user-generated) session. Notice also
that in the first session the username is all caps, and in the second
session it is in lower case. It looks like somewhere the lower case
conversion of usernames is not happening, and thus an existing claim was
not recognized and suggested again.
