  This is a problem I have not spotted before.

  Again, this could just be an environment variable
  thing. I am adding

PERL5LIB=$HOME/usr/lib/perl:$HOME/acis/lib:$HOME/acis/lib/ARDB

  to etc/crontab and

export PERL5LIB=$HOME/usr/lib/perl:$HOME/acis/lib:$HOME/acis/lib/ARDB

  to .bash_profile and .bashrc
