  I investigated. I think this comes from uconn not having
  an spf record for nebka.uconn.edu

  It would be good to add 

nebka.uconn.edu. 14293   IN      TXT     "v=spf1 mx ptr a:nebka.uconn.edu -all"

  to the DNS to send a message of SPF compliance.
