  Thank you so much for this report. I remebered that I could 
  get authenticated, but it failed to create a terminal for the
  shell to run in. I had that problem with sahure a couple of 
  times. In that  case you can get in with

ssh machine /bin/bash -i

  so that thee is no terminal created. I get this solution from 
  some Cretian student web site. It saved me in the sahure problems.
  I tried it out on nebka and could not pass authentication. I 
  then demissed my sanity and thought this may have been a fatamorgana.

  The mysql segfaults are an issue we know about.

  I will change the rsync_by_directory feeder of RePEc data
  to a standard rsync. This may be a trigger.

  Thanks again Tim! BTW, if you plan a w/e in the city
