[RAS] still problems

I am back from an unexpected week without internet access. I find lots of 
emails still complaining about things not updating properly in RAS. I deal 
with them on a case by case basis but this needs to be dealt with 
promptly. I have one hour a day on the Internet until July 17 and cannot 
devote all my time to this.
