[RAS] [RePEc] automatic research profile update (fwd)

ok, I probably forgot things already. But inow think the same paper
won't be added twice to the same profile automatically. Thomas, didn't
we do a special notion of new and old suggested papers for that. Any
paper that was in the identified and was removed from there is never
going to be new again. I think so, but I might be wrong. (If the same
paper appears with a different handle -- then it is a new paper for
this algorithm.)
