See the message below, for an automatic addition of a paper to an author's 
profile. It says, in part:

fix it on the Identified works listing page of your Research Profile:

That is WRONG! An author who follows these instructions will have the 
surprise of seeing the paper added again the very next time the template 
is read! The author needs to contact the series maintainer, who 
removes/amends the template, and then only the author should remove the 
paper from his profile.
