It is not obsolete, it is a copy of ~/presentation, given that it gets 
overwritten at every reinstall or upgrade of ACIS.

Do not remove something with making sure it is not needed. For example 
RAS.readme is very useful, and I thing Berkeley-kit is the local install 
of mysql as a very specific version is required and should not be 
affected by upgrades.
