Yes, that's funny.  Not only some users see it, but also crackers try  
to poke at it with their usual /index.php requests.

I have no explanation, except for some dumb dns caching systems.

great to hear that it is alive.  and all the data seems to be there.

Now -- we need a good backup policy.  Maybe we should use Amazon A3  
for storage?
