[RAS] rasarchive and zimm

Tentatively scheduled for Monday. The new IDEAS server is now built. We 
just need to transfer /home (I hope). The actual installation is a bit 
complex, as we move from 1U to 2U in the rack, and we need to move other 
servers, including nebka.

I also have a big recruiting day Monday (last candidate, committee 
meeting, and I am heading the commitee...). So it may get postponed. But 
by Tuesday or Wednesday, you should be happy.
