[RAS] Fwd: A RePEc issue (fwd)

These files were refreshed in mid-October. I see a few errors that
need correction (duplicate templates, etc.) Do you get some indication
from RAS of what it does not like? Is it the URLs, like
File-URL: http://www.aeaweb.org/articles/article_detail.php?journal=AER&volume=92&issue=1&article=1&issue_date=March
2002
on which it is choking, where there are spaces (e.g. March 2002) that
have not been properly coded as hex? EconPapers /check does not
flag that as an error, but maybe RAS's parser cannot cope? If so I
could do a global change to clean that issue up.
Thanks
Kit
