[RAS] frozen record

Trying to remove an item from someone's profile, I cannot find it in the 
identified works online. Looking at the xml file, I find:

      <list-item>
       <authors>Silke Anger &amp; Michael Kvasnicka</authors>
       <frozen>1204922780</frozen>
       <id>repec:hum:wpaper:sfb649dp2006-089</id>

What is this frozen? I find nothing about it in the doc.

It is also disturbing that this item is present in the rdf file, but is 
not visible online to the author...
