Dear All,

Actually, the EPtech <eprints-tech at ecs.soton.ac.uk> is not just 
technical and quite friendly, and the query about the subject hierarchy 
is quite appropriate for posting there.

(Not that the formation of a more general Eprints user group would
be at all unwelcome.)
