[nesos-editors] ernad outage

  Ernad will be down on Xmas eve 24 December 2014, from about 12:00 to
  17:00 GMT to change the underlying web infrastructure from mod_perl to
  fcgi.  If I am not done in that time, a new outage will happen on
  Xmas day.

  If this works, we will have a simpler system, that I can build
  clones for in an easier way. That will reduce the need for further
  long outages.
