I am getting confused here .. The   original  review has been submitted by Uthamna and published by you with exactly the same format as I have sent you .. Check the site . How can  something be  accepted and another rejected  and when no abstract  or references were given ?  This is not an academic paper but A REBUTTAL and there is no  abstract or reference L ..   If you  do not accept  to include mine then you should remove the  Uthman  review as it has NOT met your specified criteria as requested .  I am sorry but you have to apply the same standards . I am taking this matter  seriously  please ..

                             Good morning. I have sent you back the submission. Please create your own PDF file and do not submit the PDF file with the Elsevier loggo (which is copyright infringement) on our part (MPRA). I also notice you did not provide the references documented in the publication. Neither have you provided the abstract nor  a copyright note. Please read the instructions carefully before resubmission.
