  Car service or airport transportation will cost the skin of the
  arse, as the French say. I have a page on public transport to 
  my visitor page, http://openlib.org/home/krichel/visitor. From
  my Subway station, Roosevelt Avenue, take the number 7 train
  train to Flushing and from there the N20 (or is it the N21?) 
  bus to Hicksville, ask the driver if it goes to Hicksville.
  If you buy a metro card at 33rd street, all these changes are included in 
  the price of one ticket, the whole trip will not cost more than
  $4.
