This is not necessary.

Car service or airport transportation will cost the skin of the
arse, as the French say. I have a page on public transport to
my visitor page, http://openlib.org/home/krichel/visitor. From
my Subway station, Roosevelt Avenue, take the number 7 train
train to Flushing and from there the N20 (or is it the N21?)
bus to Hicksville, ask the driver if it goes to Hicksville.
If you buy a metro card at 33rd street, all these changes are included in
the price of one ticket, the whole trip will not cost more than
$4.
