[Connections-talk] Copyright waiver form - Connections Conference

Dear Connections Presenters,

As you know, the editor of the Canadian Journal of LIS has agreed to
published all the abstracts from the papers presented at Connections 2003.

For the abstracts of the papers to be presented, two requirements exist:
1.  The paper is, in fact, presented at the Connections Conference, and
2.  The attached copyright waiver form is completed and signed.

Please hand-in a signed copy of the copyright waiver form when you arrive to
the Connections Conference.  Please give it directly to Angela Heath.  I've
attached a copy of the copyright waiver form.  We will also provide a copy
of the form in your welcome bags, which you will receive at the reception on
Friday night, June 6th.

Please be sure that Angela Heath gets a copy of your signed form as the
abstracts will be submitted to the Journal editor within 2 days after the
conference is over.  We are not permitted to submit an abstract without the
signed form.
