[CollEc] New middleware version

Done.

A nice feature of the new release is pre-initialized app instances. This way, the software spins up app containers before a user requests it. Thus, already initialized containers are assigned to users, making the page load a lot faster. Check it out.

The data has not been updated in months. Repairing the updating process is on my list.
