[CollEc] Archive Updates

Hi,

a user reported his co-author's absence from CollEc's results. The missing author, pke400, registered a month ago, but neither shows up in the rsynced per archive nor the ras_mans_texts file. It appears that those inputs are not in line anymore with the data displayed on IDEAS.
