[CollEc] Update

I am not sure what caused the issue in the first place. There was no obvious error in the configuration files that I checked. So, I reinstalled nginx and installed another package. The files in /etc/nginx/sites-available should be the same. Can you check whether /etc/nginx/sites-enabled contains all the symlinks that you had placed there?
