I cannot guarantee that none of the data would be lost, even with a command line-based upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04. So, I will just uninstall Apache and replace it with Nginx.

Sure ... why listen it 0.0.0.0:8080 anyway.

We can't wipe the disk. I have no space to first store the existing
material that I have there. It's a RePEc-wide crisis.
