[CollEc] Helos offline

I just logged in cleaned up the Docker containers. CollEc is up and running again.

Thanks for fixing the server issues.

Could the server have been compromised by an attack?

  It looks like the syslog kept running, and so did
  apache but we could not get in via ssh. I'm at a loss here,
  and tired. It's close midnight and I have release at 7:00.
