  I decided to bite the bullet and ditch the ngix/span_fcgi enviroment
  to move to an apache fcgid with suexec, the same that ernad has.
  It was a less hard than I though. I had a test envirement
  runing last night on 8080, debugged and switched this morning.
  I updated the doc to the current network since we seem to
  have over 41k nodes now.
