 A company called "Bentham Science" lists you on the editorial board
  of their journal "Technology transfer and entrepreneurship"

  them?

  The reason why I'm asking is that the company want to have their
  data indexed with RePEc, see http://repec.org<http://repec.org/>. Bentham have a bad
  reputation, but I want to check them for deceptive practices rather
  than just rejet"oh we heard you're no good" reasons.
