[cgiapp] Possibility to adopt cgi-app.org?

Hi,

Good point, I didn't think about the mailing list so far.
I assumed that the list is operated on some public mailing list service that
doesn't need a webhoster. But yes, we could move the list, too. I would need
some help with that, as I do not have any experience with managing mailing
lists so far.

Before this is started though, we would need to migrate the domain.

  At least the person who is running the mailing list is. I will
  need to upgrade Mailman to Mailman3, when thet is node, it
  list could also run under that domain.
