[cgiapp] Mailing list shutting down

Update on the future of the list!: *Thomas Krichel has generously offered
to give the list a new home.*

He and I are going to be migrating the list to his server ("*lists.openlib.org
<http://lists.openlib.org>*") in the next few days. Don't be surprised if
you start getting email from this different domain.
