[cgiapp] Announce: CGI::Application::Demo::Basic

Hi Folks

I've renamed and to some degree rewritten CGI::Application::Demo, to
help people get started with CGI::Application.

It's now called CGI::Application::Demo::Basic and V 1.06 is on CPAN.

The name change was to help avoid confusion with:
o CGI::Application::Demo::Ajax
o CGI::Application::Demo::Dispatch
