clicking on the 'Edit this page' icon at the bottom of the page I get

Can't hook Kwiki::Edit::RequireUserName::require_username. Can't find
package 'Kwiki::Edit::RequireUserName'


The 'Recent Changes' link also gets me to a crash:

Can't locate Kwiki/RecentChanges.pm
