[cgiapp] New list server

Hi all!

The list has been moved to a new (and beefier!) server.  There was some
downtime, and it appears that some messages may have been lost.

If you sent a message to the list in the last day or so and have not seen
your message posted, or in the archives here:

Please resend it now.  And let me know if you notice any other problems!
