[cgiapp] [Announce] CGI::Application::Plugin::FirePHP

Folks.
Just in case anyone want to try it, a very very early version from a CAP I'm
working on is on github.
It's a simple wrapper from FirePHP::Dispatcher to make it easier to use it
in C::A.

Disclaimer: The code is very initial and very rough. I dont even think is
passes a make test cleanly. It's just a start, and I'd love to hear what
anyone has to say about it.
