[cgiapp] Usefulness of the FillInForm plugin since the HTML::FillInForm 2.0 release?

I never used the plugin. I instead used the ValidateRM plugin, which I 
assume does its magic w/ HTML::FillInForm directly. If I needed 
FillInForm, I used it directly (and I'm still using 1.06).
