Thanks to you and Ron for your help in tracing this problem.  I believe 
with 0.10 I have it fixed.  I have tested on ActiveState and Strawberry 
(both 5.10) and it passes all tests unless the directory path to where you 
have unpacked the module contains spaces.  But I will try and fix that 
later.  For now at least there is a workaround.
