[cgiapp] [OT] Chaining menus using YUI

Hi Folks

I used this code
http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/examples/autocomplete/ac_states_jsarray.html
to create a single autocomplete menu, and then an almost identical block
of code, and their Ajax package, to chain another menu to the first
(country menu => pick a country => states per country menu).

However, after much editing, I've broken it :-(( so the second menu no
longer displays.

Anyone got some sample code I could copy?
