[cgiapp] Using CGI::Cookie from inside CGI::Application

Hello.

1. Try removing
       -domain     => '.come_domain.com',
in addition to other changes.
2. Try removing all except '-name',  '-value', '-expires' parameters.
and make expires bigger like '+20h'.
